I came to Columbus 28 yrs ago jobless and homeless and Jim Horn,a former Columbus Cop, was the founder and proprietor of this employment agency,Thanks to Jim and Buckeye i was able to gain employment and housing,Jim was always friendly and helpful and had built up quite a client following.Then Jim retired leaving the business to his sons in law who basically ran it into the ground.Scott is rude,arrogant and a poor business manager while Bob just goes through the motions.No wonder they now offer little opportunitiy.We on the street miss you dearly,Jim you wre a true friend and made a difference in more lives than you know.
