My family was looking to invest in a franchise when we started receiving phone calls from these people. The owner is a sloppy man named Robert Needham who claims to be an attorney. All he ever wanted us to do was travel around looking at different franchises that he had negotiated fees with! If we wanted to look at a franchise he wasn't associated with all he would do is bad mouth that franchise! At one point he informed us that he needed more money for ""expenditures"" after he swore to us the only money was provided to him from the franchise as a finders fee. One night we received a very timely phone call from an older gentleman who wanted to remain nameless and who used to work for Robert Needham. He spilled the beans for over an hour about the way Robert Needham does business including trying to copy ideas of franchises that would not work with them! After the phone call my husband and I thought it best to not do business with such sketchy people. We never gave Robert Needham a dime but we were asked on MANY occasions to help him out financially! When we refused repeatedly he offered to sell us half of franchise, inc. for $10,000! Later found out his was short on his mobile home payments. We ended up buying a franchise without their help and was glad that we did. Please don't use these scheisters, but if you do, don't say you haven't been warned.
