My daughter had no vocal communication whatsoever and started Speakability at about 26 months of age. Her first therapist was Erin. Erin would arrive 15 minutes late EVERY TIME and would leave 15 minutes early EVERY TIME. Erin also missed about half a dozen sessions and never rescheduled them. Then, Erin said she couldn't work anymore (conflict in schedules and all... mmhmm) and at least 4 weeks passed before a new therapist was assigned to my daughter. The new therapist, Maggie, has missed more sessions than our old therapist, which was hard to believe. One time, she didn't even call to tell us she wasn't coming. Speakability has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommened them to anyone!
