As there was a very long wait for our favorite Mexican restaurant- Azteca- we decided to try Monterrey - Matthews which is walking distance from Azteca. BIG MISTAKE. There was no wait at Monterrey as the place was half empty which we soon found out why. Food was mediocre at best but service was HORRIBLE! We happened to have a coupon from ""Citipass"" which the waitress rudely said we could not use but would not give a reason why. When I asked to speak to a manger, we sat there for over 30 minutes , constantly asking for assistance from the many waiters who would hurry by us but would never help. After 30 minutes our waitress who had totally disappeared finally came back but had lost my credit card.\r
Will never eat in another Monterray restaurant again
