My laptop has EVERYTHING on it. Every picture from years worth of taking, every document...everything. We back our information up occasionally but not enough. When my laptop died we were unprepared. It simply did not work one day with no warning or glitches at all. We took it to different places to try to diagnose the problem but everyone (including Best Buy) wanted to charge us hundreds upon hundreds of dollars. We would have just bought a new laptop but we wanted to get everything off of our old one. Comp USA promised to not only pull all of our information and save it, but get the laptop up and running for a fraction of the price that the other businesses quoted. They did just what they promised. We now have our laptop back, working perfectly with everything on it from before. They charged what they said they would and above all else were the nicest group of people you could ever ask for. We hope that nothing goes wrong with any of our computers in the future but if it does, we won't waste our time with anyone else. Comp USA is the best around.
