Review content:
Ken McArdle Inspected my home that I purchased on 3-13-09. Since Ive been here Ive had to make thousands of dollars of surprise repairs. We found mold in the attic where apparently he crowled up and inspected everything, yet happened to miss an on going growing issue that I am currently paying to have fixed. Then I decided to move the foam tile from my cieling in my kitchen. low and behold I find more mold. and the actual ceiling is breaking apart. and apparently some one did a half @ss job of fixing it. they nailed a peice of paneling to the ceiling. why didnt the inspector check above these ceiling tiles? Because Beacon Home inspectors are not concerned with the customer, just their money.
