They did not perform to expectation. I have a small 8 x 15 kitchen floor that needed to be redone. It took them a month. It took them 4 times to come over and get it right. On all three occasions, the supervisor pledged the work was done right but it was not. They kept forgetting to nail down the trim in places. If they can not take care of the details, how can I be sure if the actual floor was done right? They also left my house a mess when they were completed. Very smooth talkers, but unprofessional workmanship. Especially since they are one of the most expensive companies in the city.\r
