I've been to just about every shabu- shabu restaurant in Orange County, and this one definitely tops them all. First of all the taste and quality of the food is top notch. They have more spices and flavorings for your sauces/ water than most places and the amount of food you get for the price you pay is unbeatable. They have more selection than most places (beef, chicken, pork, lamb, shrimp, fish ect.) Then theres the service. It's a family owned/ operated restaurant and they are so friendly and helpful. They also have some good imported beer I've never seen at another Japanese place. Then once you're all done eating, they'll take the remaining water and add all these different spices and whatever else you want added to it (like extra noodles and egg), and they'll make you some of the best tasting soup ever, all at no charge. This place is by far the best in OC and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants some great shabu- shabu at a great price.
Pros: Great service, price, taste, all around an A+ restaurant!
