Review content:
The selection is not bad but the attitude of the employees is very bad and that is part of what you are paying for. They use a 3rd party contractor for deliveries and that was a real nightmare. They scratched my new hardwood floor and when I contacted Harlem Furniture to find out what could be done they merely said ""sorry, you have to contact our movers, we are not responsibile for them."" In short, the buck stops at the cash register and when they damage your house, apartment or the furniture you buy, they won't help you at all.
Pros: Good parking, lots of salespeople to help you
Cons: salepeople will lie to make a sale, they do not live up to the terms of their warranties
