Review content:
My wife and I had dinner there after visiting an art exhibit in Johnson City. It was the perfect finish for a day trip out to the Hill Country. The interior is rustic but elegant, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We got there right before the dinner rush and the restaurant filled up nicely after we arrived. \r

The menu features a little more than just your standard fare, which will definitely make us come back to try out all the other entrees. We enjoyed the appetizer, Spinach Artichoke Dip, which tasted freshly made and not like some microwaved frozen one that you get very often at other places. I had the Cranberry and Pecan Crusted Pork Chop. It was huge and delicious. It fell right off the bone and had a great smokey flavour.\r
My wife had the Chicken Sausage Penne, which I stole a few bites from. It was delicious as well, especially the sausage. Unfortunately we were to stuffed for a dessert, so we will have to try that next time.\r

We had no alcohol and the check was less than $50 for the 2 of us without tip. Overall we were very happy and will be back for sure.\r
Pros: Ambience, Food, Service, Reasonable Prices
Cons: It's an hour away from us
