Review content:
I understand everybody's issues on here but one thing we all need to keep in mind is that for us (the door sales man) its just not as simple as ordering a door and lock, please believe me that it will be one of the most complex process you could ever door. EVERYBODY'S trade affects ours. Now im not saying they were or were not a good company because i don't speak ill of my industry but yet a strong front office, confident sales man/project managers, estimators and detailers matter. Coming from one of the most highly rated company's in my area WE make mistakes is happens but a good door company admits it takes care of it no matter what the cost and makes you whole, and of you the contractor/owner make a mistake its our job to say that's just plain negligent i TOLD him he didn't listen or hey he told me the wrong thing he made and honest mistake meet the customer half way. I feel bad for anybody who looses there business after all i am the 3rd generation (70 years) in my company, and my ability to keep my customer informed and his ability to understand the product that he is asking for is key in the successful on time on budget project and let me tell you this they all wont be pretty but for the few good door groups around it will get done and it will be of a solid product. Just a thought...I invite any body on here to sit down for a day go through the motions with us then think about how you approach doors. But your feelings are well placed and i don't look down on anybody for there opinion
