Tim was very helpful with my old 1992 Buick. The news wasn't good, my car needed a new transmission and entirely too much work, Tim helped us through a difficult decision to not work on it because it's beyond needing just a little work. Thanks Tim for not presuring us, and letting us make the decision of what was best for our situation. We decided to get a new vehicle and Tim walked us over to the sales department and introduced us to a manager. A week later I had my new LaCrosse. I highly reccomend Heritage Buick GMC, they treated me with respect and understanding I expect.
