Our architect reommended them. so far so good. Then the red flags: pushing to charge outrageous money for their installers to install the cabinets; only ordering upon FULL prepayment and finally the stories surrounding the countertops' fabrication and delivery changing each time my wife spoke with them, a surefire indication of lying. In business, there are always problems, It's how the business handles them, including communication, that separates the professionals from the amateurs. These guys may be in business a long time, but they rank as pure amateurs in our book. We would NEVER recommend Tarella kitchens. Never.
