Stay away from Chris Cole at Michigan Printer Repair! We bought a printer from him that came incomplete and broken. First it was missing a network card that took a MONTH for chris to fix. Then the printer didnt even print! Chris has ignored all of our phone calls and emails, so were left with an expensive brick at out office.. Now we have to find another printer repair company to fix what chris cole refuses to. We have been a customer of Chris' for all of 2010, his toner is more expensive then what you get online, but keeping it local and domestic seemed worth it. IT WASNT. He has cost us, another local small-medium sized business, a lot of money and wasted time. I see why he ONLY accepts cash or check. Chris Cole is a bad businessman and will not honor his guarantees, avoid his businesses at all costs. (Michigan Toner Repair, Michigan Printer Repair, Michigan Fax Repair, Michigan Copier Repair)
