This place is kind of a joke. 1st they charge $50 for the trial membership. They had me doing pretty much the same workout as a 50 year old lady, and they won't even let me squat, deadlift, or bench in their gym. Even though I can do all 3 without injury. My ""strength phase"" of my workout was three rounds of: 45# goblet squatsx8, 8 pushups, and 1/2 mile on the airdyne. Who ever got stronger doing that? Oh! Maybe the old lady. They also dictate your membership level (which ranges from $225-$60) on a movement test. If you don't pass any part of the movement test, they require you pay the $125 or $225 for ""at least a month or two"". I was told this morning I was ""welcome to work on my powerlifting routine at another gym"" and do their program at their gym. Again I say, a joke. Do I have some mobility issues? Yes. But they don't keep me doing a real strength routine and can be worked on at the same time. Save your money. Find a different gym.
