Businiess name:  Body Balance Massage Therapy

Review content:
So I decided to visit Nicole at Body Balance after months of suffering from pretty much constant headaches. I have always been one of those people who get frequent headaches, but lately, it has been almost daily. I've been to doctors, had all sorts of testing done, but nothing really came up. \r \r One doctor suggested I try massage therapy, so I researched online and decided to try this place (plus I got a discount on my visit!). Nicole found multiple ""trigger points"" (she wrote it down so I could research it later on) which she though could be the cause of my headaches. Considering when she pressed on them, it pretty much recreated my headache, I figured she was on to something. \r \r After an hour of work on my neck and upper back, I could already feel like I had more movement and felt some relief from the headache I came in with. I was a bit sore, but I expected that with deep tissue massage. I iced and stretched that night as Nicole suggested and i woke up feeling really good the next day! \r \r I had already booked my second appointment (before I left so I got the discount on that visit too!) and after that session, which was similar to the first, I felt fabulous!\r \r My headaches are gone. I can't believe it, but after reading more about trigger points, I can see what the problem was and why massage helped me so much. It only took the 2 visits to get rid of my headaches, but I do plan on scheduling regular treatments to keep my neck from getting too tight.\r \r Seriously, I never thought massage would help so much. I thought it would be something I would do once to try, but that would be it. I encourage anyone and everyone to give massage a shot...and make sure you come here to do it!!!!!!!!\r \r
