A friend told me about this new studio in alphabet city and curious yogi that I am, I had to go check it out. What better way to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon than to take an amazing yoga class in a beautiful studio. I'm in love with the stained glass windows that help me focus on my yoga. The atmosphere is so inviting you feel right at home and the owners focus on creating a real community by connecting the students after class with a cup of tea! I took Shaun's open class and he created the perfect challenge for the students in the room. He seems to have the ability to show you the ropes of becoming an advanced yogi, still making sure beginners don't feel lost! So happy to have found this gem of a studio!
