Businiess name:  Culligan Water Softeners
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
If I could give them 0 stars i would! They set up a salt based water softener for my home, and plumbed it to a floor drain. I will try to condense this..... My landscaping and some trees were really struggling, and after several years of giving the trees deep root feedings twice annually, and reapplying new mulch... 3- 45 ft. pine trees died. We saw some white residue on large boulders and had it tested. No, it wasn't a fungus. It was sodium!!!! Long story short, we had Culligan come out and indeed it was from the water softener. The Service Department Manager Mike Councell said it wasn't their responsibility. I feel like they think they are NOT responsible for their actions. Bad Company! Bad Company!
