I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW BAD THIS COMPANY IS. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT VALUABLE CUSTOMERS. AFTER THEY SENT ONE OF THE GUYS OUT TO LOOK AT THE SOFT WATER SYSTEM THEY INSTALLED HE TOLD US IT WAS INSTALLED WRONG, BUT THE GUY WHO DID IT IS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY. WHO CARES. THE COMPANY STILL EXISTS!! OVER TIME THE SALT LEAKED OUT TO THE BACK YARD AND KILLED 3 200 FOOT TALL PINE TREES AND DAMAGED LARGE BOULDERS. INSTEAD OF BEING A GOOD COMPANY AND TAKING CARE THE PROBLEM THEY TURN IT OVER TO A COMPANY IN SAN DIEGO CA WHO THAN SENDS US A CANNED LETTER SAYING THEY ARE SEF INSURED (WHO CARES!!) AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE!!
I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!!! THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THERE WORK!!!!!!!!!!
