Review content:
There are several batting cages in the general Cleveland area and near Maple Heights, but Bat-a-Rama is a nice place to hang out on a warm summer night. The batting machines are in good shape and rarely jam (unlike some other cages in town). They have a good selection of bats and helmets to borrow, in case you don't have your own.
There is usually a number of people here on a warm summer night, but you don't have to wait too long a time for a cage to open up.
The place is clean and the staff is quite nice. As the other reviewer mentioned, after you are done with a workout, stop for an ice cream break. The stuff is fresh and quite tasty.
Lots of free parking. I have never had any trouble finding a spot.
Call for winter hours. The cages are open into evening hours in the summer.
