My customer svc is always excellent. If I am running late there is never an issue and I am not made to feel bad. If I need to reschedule Katie is always accomodating and cheerful. I recommend her every chance I get. On top of great service in all the years I have been getting Katie to style my hair I have always, always been happy. I am always getting compliments.
