You do not want to do business with Yag Manufacturing. They should not be in business. Period.\r

My client, who is a general contractor who has great pride for having good carpenters who do quality work acted as a subcontractor for 3 jobs of their. Yag Manufacturing asked us to go back to job sites times-and-again. But, when it come to submitting change orders to owner, nothing got done. The payments came like pittance. We got paid 1/3 to 1/2 of our costs. Each of the 3 jobs ended in some of the biggest losses I have ever seen. \r

Both the father George Yagmourian and son Robert Yagmourian got involved in the projects. They pushed responsibilities back-and-forth. One said the other was responsible. The other said the other was. The result: no one was responsible. The charge orders went no way. I wonder if they think work should be free?\r

They paid with hand-written checks. Can you imaging their accounting system? And they deal with school project, and multi-residential units.\r

They asked us to do some more jobs for them. I was impressed. How dare they? Do they have shame? Do they know how we were screwed?\r

I am very much ready to take legal action, to notify the owners, and to file complaints with cslb.ca.gov. My client just need to say ""Yes, let get them!"" We should do justice unto them!
Pros: I don't know anything good.
