I got into a car accident and was forced to call this company by the cops. This company came and made so much promises saying they would provide us with a free rental and everything. When we got to the office they denied saying that and only said my insurance would give me a free rental.... i knew i declined rental cars is why i went with this company's promise for a free rental. PLUS they charged me towing fee + storage + rental + tax + towing out fee (WHICH THEY JUST DROVE MY BROKEN CAR OUT). I was unhappy with the whole thing and when i complained the owner gave me an attitude like he was doing me a favor...
Pros: They try hard
Cons: liars, Con artists, rip off specialists
