Review content:
My main issue is with their tech. i had my Gibson SG std refretted with his recommended fret material. He suggested a type 'superior' to the std stuff and since he said he used to work on planes or something I went along. Th repair took fr longer than it was supposed to and my hardshell case was wrecked when I got it back. \r \r To be fair I should've bitched about it but I was in shock. Got it home and it sounded like garbage, like another guitar altogether. I guess I could've taken it back to see how much more damage he was capable of but I decided against it.\r \r Beware of letting the 'nasa-tech' near your guitar. \r \r Another time when I purchased a Boss (I know, not boutique..BOOO!) I asked the guy to pricematch guitarcenter. By his reaction (little short chucky dark blondish haired guy) you'd think I said the N word. Mr. Nice 'N Chunky also flippantly (rudely) told me the coated tips for the george L cables sound terrible so he doesnt carry them...Uh....ok....glad he's not letting inaudible hype influence his business practice and customer service. \r \r I'll stick to the internet for highend stuff. \r \r
