Review content:
\r We purchased some shoes there and were told by the salesperson that we could try them and bring them back if they did not fit right. After a week, we concluded they did not fit right, so we brought them back. The manager refused to take them back quoting their policy that they do not take back worn shoes. After a long argument in front of other customers, we then said we would dispute the charge with our credit card company. He then refused to give us our receipt back. Fearing that he would then claim that we were stealing the shoes that we attempted to return since we no longer had the receipt we reequested that he call the police. Rather than return the receipt he then proceeded to call the police. After a few minutes, he then gave us our receipt back. As we were leaving, the police arrived and we told them that we would resolve the dispute in another forum and apologized that they were called. We really didn't believe the manager would call the police. The Cary Police were very quick to arrive but certainly have more important issues than this store's attitude to contend with. We will certainly never go back there and the manger even told us again with customers present that he will not loose any sleep over that. And we will simply forget about the bill and move on. But the store should be ashamed of calling the police over that matter and should issue a written apology to the Cary Police Department.\r
