Customer service disaster.
They will not return phone calls.
After six months of regularly contacting them in person and by phone about an order started on October, they now claim it never happened. Then in March I found the order on their desk along with several other orders dated four and five months ago.
They will not respond. They will not deal with problems or customers.
Please use any other Lakeville/Burnsville/Apple Valley athletic apparel/embroidery company.
