NEVER buy mattresses from them, if your health is important to you! You'll not be able to exchange it if you don't like it (by their policy).
I moved to a new empty apartment from a hotel, and was looking for something to sleep on for tomorrow. I've looked for something soft, but not too soft, because I would like my mattress to be comfortable. In the store, Amalfi mattress seemed to me as a great choice. The salesman Frederick was so nice, and he promised me to bring something temporary, even for free, for tomorrow (until my Amalfi arrives). He assured me that Amalfi is the best value for the price, and I'll be happy to have it. It was cold and rainy evening, and I agreed to bought it instead of looking for more options (well, recreancy - my fault).
The temporary $200 mattress was okay, and I thought that my Amalfi $300+ queen size mattress will be much better. I was so totally wrong! This mattress is soft, but not supporting the spine at all. The middle part of your back is almost on the floor, when your head and legs are uphill. It's like sleeping in the bowl. I never had such a back pain. Next night I gave that another try - even worse... turned it upside down - a little better, but still horrible.
I've tried to exchange this mattress for something firmer. They smiled so wide when they told me: ""Well, legally speaking, when you bought it, you've signed that you can't return or exchange it, if it is not damaged. You see the small font in this corner of the paper? We can't help you"".
Ended up sleeping on the sofa...
