Review content:
After cleaning up a sewage backup, we were advised that since no blockage was found that it might be due to a pipe shift. Since we are in unincorporated St. Louis County, the Roto-Rooter representative told us that we could participate in a program the County does where it would repair or replace any damage to pipes outside of our foundation. However, it would require a locating service with a fiber-optic cable. He broke down the costs to us and then did the location, showed us where the shift occurred and where the corresponding area outside would need to be dug up for the repair. Then he gave us the paperwork and helped us fill out the claim forms before he took them to submit for us. We are in the process of waiting to hear back from the County, but I have no doubt that he helped us to save several thousand dollars worth of repairs, and gave us peace of mind. Helpful every step of the way and I highly recommend them to anyone with a sewage problem.
