Factory Builder and Gabe Sutton are awesome. We bought an entire Viking kitchen from them and while all of the Viking appliances, except for the refrigerator we purchased were great, the refrigerator was a bust! Gabe went above and beyond to help us get the repairs done and when we were finally ready to get rid of the Viking fridge and get a Sub Zero instead, he made it happen! Gabe was a pleasure to work with during our entire decision making process and almost a year later he went to the mat for us to get the faulty fridge traded in. Thanks to Gabe, our appliances look great and work great!
