Mary and her staff catered our daughter's wedding reception in August 2006. From the earliest planning stages, we knew we had made the right choice. We expected quite a challenge having to plan from out of state, but that was certainly not the case. Mary came to each appointment well-prepared and very much the professional. Her calm demeanor and knowledge instilled confidence in us and our daughter. We had no trouble getting in touch with her (email proved to be the best method for both of us, although she was available by phone as well). The food, presentation and service were five star. All our guests, without exception, commented on how excellent the food tasted. The staff were well-dressed and well-schooled in making customer service a priority. They met the needs of our guests without being intrusive. All of our expectations were met or exceeded. The bride's cake was made to order; and the groom's cake, although a challenge, well-pleased our new son-in-law. The bride's cake had just a hint of lemon in the icing, which was pleasing. And the groom's cake was moist and almost fudge-like. The main course was incredibly tasty, expertly presented and there was more than sufficient. Mary also worked well with our DJ to coordinate the events of the evening. I cannot say enough positive about Menu Maker Catering!!! She is well-known and highly recommended in the Nashville area, and she helped make our daughter's dreams come true. Thanks for everything, Mary and staff!!!
