I will start with the good things first! They are very convenient, they do have facilities for keeping them overnight, and they several vets available. The bad things involve what I consider to be a lack of caring and follow-up. An example of the lack of caring would be when our 3 year old dog had surgery for cancer. They sent him home the same day. He cried for hours, and when I called them, I had to hold the phone up to the dog before a vet would talk to me. He got an infection from the surgery and they said to just hold until Monday because they aren't open on Sundays. I wish that they would show at least a bit of concern for our animals. I don't feel like they did at all. The reality is that this area is growing so quickly that I don't think they have time to give proper care to the animals, so you really need to be vigilant and speak up if you feel that you animal is not getting proper care. The upside is that for minor things like flea meds and shots, they are very close and convenient.
