My brother once worked for these dishonest people. They were taking money out of his paycheck to pay for the optional healthcare insurance that he signed up for provided through them. When he had to go to the ER for an accident he found out that he had no insurance coverage. What a bunch of crooks! A few years ago they took payment in advance from a friend of mine who was going on vacation and did not show up to take care of her pets. When my friend arrived back home the dogs were half-dead. Ramies excuse was that her computer was down. Her customer service skills and personality are dog cr*p and that?s the truth. My brother also says that they withhold money from their dog walkers for various reasons. I do agree that you should not get paid for work that you did not perform but they should also refund every penny back to each customer which they do not. I used Kiss My K9 in the past and they were great.
