Review content:
We have been patrons of Metro Express in Elizabethtown for years. We have always liked their pizza, although several times it was delivered with the cheese having partially slid off the pizza into the box. We decided to order something different yesterday and chose boneless wings and a cheesesteak (no onions). The breading on the boneless wings was hard, and the chicken inside was dried out--clearly overcooked. The cheesesteak came with onions and also tasted of jalapeno (not sure why). When we called to advise them, they couldn't have cared less. We were told, ""We have new chicken now, and that is the way it cooks."" They offered no apology whatsoever and did nothing to rectify the situation. In fact, we had to hang up the phone because there was total silence on the line and they stopped speaking to us. That is the thanks we received for being longstanding customers.
