Review content:
We dropped off our stereo here to get the CD motor fixed (or something- it's still unclear what was broken). They initially said it would take 4-5 days, and six weeks later we were still calling to ask for it. They never provided an estimate of the cost, as asked, but went ahead and fixed it anyway and then charged a ridiculous amount for labor. Would never use this place again and would not recommend it to anyone else.
Pros: they fixed the problem
Cons: cost, awful customer service
