RI Aquarium's greatest triumph is its knowledgeable staff and their unparalleled customer service. My family has been shopping there for more than twenty years. They really take the time to get to know you and your individual pets needs. I never feel overwhelmed or fearful that I won't get the right advice...like I do whenever I go into one of those big chain stores. Impressively, every employee I have ever transacted with was a pet hobbyist and enthusiast. They are the ultimate, traditional local family pet shop. I think every Rhode Island pet owner should venture there. The tropical and marine fish selection is a jaw dropper. Their prices are pretty darn good too. Best, Bob
