Review content:
My wife and I live in the area, and reluctantly decided to try eating here for lunch last weekend. We sat outside, and each ordered paninis. A panini should take 5 to 10 minutes to prepare and serve. Ours took 35 minutes. During our wait, our waitress did not refill our empty waters, and iced tea. She was nowhere to be found. Here's the kicker: my wife finally spotted our waitress, and made eye contact with her. The waitress saw our table had no food on it, and looked astonished to see this, and then, about 3 minutes later, our food magically appeared. Bottom line: clearly, our waitress screwed up, and did not put our order into the cook. Did our waitress apologize? No. She acted like nothing wrong ever happened. We were so taken aback by the fact that it took 35 minutes to prepare two paninis, which entail 2 pieces of bread on each sandwich, along with some lunch meat, that we almost left, and thought about just leaving some cash on the table for the iced tea. But, we stayed, got no apology, and left with a poor opinion of the service at this place.
Pros: decent panini
Cons: very slow service
