Review content:
I just happened upon your website and was browsing through some of the entries when I happened upon a negative review for Collier Stone Company. I couldn't believe it! I, too, am a woman and one who uses the services and products of Collier Stone Company repeatedly. I have NEVER had a problem with this company. It is a small business and is actually partially owned BY A WOMAN, therefore I am having a difficult time believing that, if indeed there HAD been a problem, the problem wasn't addressed and taken care of. Perhaps the writer of the negative review was having an ""off"" day - or perhaps the wayward driver was - but honestly, after having dealt with Collier Stone in the past I just can NOT believe that this small business did not call this woman, or address her woes in some way. And HOW is an employer permitted in any way to take ""money from an employee's paycheck"" to pay restitution to one unsatisfied customer? Isn't that against the law? \r
\r
By all means, I would whole heartedly endorse this company and I give them the highest rating I can. I just hope the woman who wrote the negative review does not own a company of her own that might, someday. make a mistake!! After all, to forgive is divine!
Pros: small business means personal service
Cons: you may have to wait for delivery
