Took my vehicle into these guys yesturday in the hopes that they could figure out what was going on with the engine problems it was having. This would be the 4rth place I have taken this vehicle (3 different mechanics) for repairs. Each of the other mechanics charged me a ""HUGE"" bill with no results for things they claimed to have fixed but didn't. This place was the last hope in finding the problems. While in the office I was put on hold and walked away on several times. Other customers came in after I had already been standing in the office and was talking to the manager and then put on hold so they could help the other customers. VERY poor customer service. First come first served should be there focus. Then after they helped that customer the manager would get up and leave to go to the garage and I would be standing there for 20 extra minutes tell he came back then he picked up the conversation where we left off. NONE of the mechanics new what was going on with it they left the windows open and did not put the vehicle in the garage before closing so my vehicle which had expensive dvd and monitors in it were exposed to the outside which is something I do not do. The next day I was suppose to get a phone call at 10am with some kind of results but never did. I had to have my wife take me over there to find out what was going on. to my suprise the vehicle had not been moved once since I dropped it off. The manager was no where to be found and again, I got the run around! Then he came in and told me that he spoke to another mechanic that told him it could be this problem or it could be that problem. WHAT THE HELL? So in other words I took my vehicle over there to find out what was going on to figure out if I wanted to fix it or not and THEY did not know and had to call other mechanics now I have to ask you, why would you want to take your vehicle there being as they are a full service mechanic shop with MECHANICS just so they will tell you that they consulted with another mechanic? I thought I was taking my vehicle to a mechanic shop! When I picked up the vehicle I ended up with the same questions that brought me there in the first place. Only difference is they nailed me the shop fee with no results. I am so sick and tired of these places claiming to be all that when in fact they are just a bunch of crooks taking advantage of you and not fixing the problems you may be having. Everyone is so lazy that they either do not want to fix the problem but rather cover it up and charge you a huge fee or they are to afraid of any liabilitys they maybe putting themselves into. IF YOU FIX THE PROBLEM YOU NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT LIABILITYS! My final review of this place: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP!\r
