I own a Lexus and I had it serviced at a Lexus dealership. About two years ago it broke down in my driveway. Being desperate I call B & G to see if they could help. Less than an hour later they arranged for a tow truck to tow it to their shop at no charge. Three hours later the car was up and running again. I was amazed to find the cost was much less than I expected. Ever since I’ve been using B & G, they explain the problem in terms that women understand. Never again will I have my Lexus serviced at a dealership, they charge too much. Paying for a waiting room which looks like a hotel lobby is not for me. Just one thing B & G can do, would they unblock the drain in front of the office door to stop my feet from getting wet.\r
