Sadly Citisearch will not allow me to write an objective review using the appropriate words that describe the situations in this complex.\r
One word describes this place - insects. There are millions of them. If your hobby is to move in and swat them day and day out -- you will be glad to throw away 800 dollars a month on lousy maintenance, dealer ridden and overrun place.\r

Management in incredibly rude and after signing the lease treats you like the worst piece of garbage. Any kind of support and repair is non existent, I am still waiting for them to fix the hole in the floor that was there when I moved in 2 years ago.\r

In April of 2008 apartment complex was purchased by Karam Management. Since then: 1)most of the trees were cut down and new bushes were planted that totally and completely took away the charm that place had. 2) Any kind of maintenance became non existent. We still have food decomposing under our stairs since May 5th. 3) Management got ruder. 4) Residents are no longer allowed to use our patios. 5) Rent got raised drastically 6) They were murdering geese and destroying their nests under pretence of reconstruction 7) There is no longer a pool or a tennis court or a basketball court. Those were torn down, but they still advertise as if they have it.\r
