Don't go here! I took my computer to them to get fixed..OMG! First of they NEVER called to say it was ready.I called 3 weeks later to ask about it . Picked it up I couldnt even turn it on ...they claimed I must have a bad hard drive??? Took it back for Tell all scan to see what was wrong with it ..the same scan they did to determine what was wrong with it in the first place mind you. What do you know a day later yep ...you guessed it ...I need a new hard drive for $100.00 they could fix it. I went got my computer back what really shows what scumbags they are is The owner looks like an old burnout was there working at the workbench with the same fat dorky looking guy that discovered the bad HD as I walked in so before coming to help me the fat guy told the owner who I was the Owner who amazingly was always too busy to call back during this process he didn't even have the balls to come to the counter! I did some chacking and it urns out this company used to be called PC Surgeons in another location in Kent. The Owner has several civil suits against him as well as other legals woes!! His Father owns or used to own Mcneil Travel Agency in Kent! Stay Away!!
