Review content:
Yes, it's pricey (like anything else comparable to it)... yes, the lines are long (but so worth it...). However, this is the best amusement park I've ever been too and I think it's quite worth it. I've been going since I was a kid and here are my suggestions: Go midweek, as early in the season as you can. Take two days and visit the waterpark on day two. Bring comfortable shoes, and don't wear white and go on the water rides. (Especially if you've applied fake tanner the night before). Buy your tickets through AAA, Meijer grocery stores, or other discount options - you can save about $15 per ticket. Don't buy the pizza, it's gross. And if you go in May, watch out for the mayflies. Disgusting. Oh yeah... and when the rides come to a stop, relax your muscles rather than tensing up. Especially on the Mantis. Pros: best roller coasters, midweek visits Cons: weekend crowds
