Don't waste your time if you are selling back items. The place is crazy and zoo-loke. Cust serv in store is terrible. They talk 2 u like they are robots. Place it here,fill this out, come back, blah,blah. They accepted 90% of my teacher type educ toys,games,puzzles. They offered me 20 for about 3 boxes. Less than 1.00 per item. If they sell it for 4.00, they will give you about 75 cents. If you are looking to make some money back on your gently used items, you won't. U will be humiliated. The store is well organized, most things are nice quality if you are shopping, but NOT all. You can write off on your tax return and save more$. Just get a receipt!
