Review content:
I stayed at this ""resort"" some years ago, and the service was awful. I should have learned my lesson....I recently booked a resort cabin for 2 nights that was non-refundable. My trip was canceled due to illness, and when I asked for some special consideration - even just a nominal adjustment - the reservation agent was rude and uncooperative, even refusing to let me discuss it with the manager/owner. There are plenty of other places (more affordable as well) in Glenwood Springs that would be a better choice.
Pros: A reasonably good location on the Colorado River, but not so enjoyable because of an adjacent railroad track.
Cons: Very unfriendly, unattentive management.
