Here is you 4 star rating that some many users were questioning the absence of :-) I am only responding here because I too am a small business owner and it wouldn't surprise me at all if these complaints were bogus. I suspect that Mark is right and all of these 1 star complains are false or greatly exagerated by a annoyed cusotmer (you can't please everyone cause the general public is cRaZy, if you have ever worked with a wide range of the general public, you know what I'm talking about). I have used Smith Thomson in Richardson, TX for 7 years now with now problems or complains. So has my father in law. I have also interacted with them 3 times in person at my house. Service works great, once for an upgrade. I have even spoke to Mark once before I think, and he was very professional. Pros: Service works fine, no complaints. enough said.
