The Owners of this property will offer you the world to move in. Then they will play the little old couple role to ask ""FAVORS OF YOU""... I witnessed them demanding residences ""Go- or move out"" after signing leases, because They could not get things their way. The issues they were upset about - is the tenants are handed paint as they arrive and expected to paint and clean their units before even moving in.....have you ever heard of such a thing.\r

The residence all are into everyone business and it is a full time job to avoid getting pulled into the daily drama, drinking, and abuse happening here. \r

The apartments are old, out dated and unclean. \r
appliance are not in working order, and the units I was able to walk through - all smelled of smoke. \r
