Review content:
Pestex Termite & Pest Control has been helping us with a problem we have with German roaches that we believe were brought into the house from the outside. Pestex has been very good about working with us to try a variety of solutions to get rid of them, and the situation has improved.
They have been flexible in terms of scheduling. For example, if I cannot be there, they are okay with coming in if I leave the back door open. I also have had to reschedule completely and they have been accommodating.
All of the technicians seem to be knowledgeable in terms of the methods that they can use to solve your pest/termite problem. They have shared with me what has worked and not worked for others. Because I did not want to spray the house with chemicals, we discussed non-toxic options such as baiting instead of spraying.
I recommend Pestex because they seem to really want to work with you to solve your problem. We have had a good experience with them.
