Review content:
I was so glad to discover Sushi Zen Mill Creek last year when I moved to the area, I keep going back. The sushi is fabulous, the rolls are creative and delicious. From the innovative rolls, I always order Crouching Tuna Hidden Shrimp and the Seattle Tempura Roll. On the traditional side, you can always get super fresh sushi with the Sushi Zen Special. My husband doesn't eat sushi or fish, and they have a good variety of cooked dishes such as Sukiyaki, Chicken Katsu and Pork Katsu. My parents had the Saba Shioyaki and Shrimp Tempura dinner and loved it. The staff is friendly, I remember the first time I was trying to get there I got lost and they were helping me find my way on the phone, then when I finally arrived they gave me an appetizer for free just for the trouble I'd been through. I've been to Japan and had great sushi there, and I can say Sushi Zen's sushi owes nothing to the good places in Tokyo.
