Our son has been going to HTS for several years and loves it. I have been going for a while and really enjoy the people and fellowship. It is a great place to workout. From beginners to advanced, I have noticed that all are welcomed and they are there for you to meet your needs. If you are afraid, don't be, they are super people and will see you though. I know, they have always been there for me and my son and are not just a business, they are a blessing. Thanks for all you have done for me, our son and many many others.
