This was the worst experience I've ever had with a local small business. They misdiagnosed the problem with our furnace over and over, the owner told my husband he didn't have confidence in the job that was done by his tech on the first visit BUT STILL CHARGED US. He then kept sending the same guy back out, after we told him not to send that guy, and KEPT CHARGING US. our furnace is in the same state as when they started but Ken Marr is insisting we owe him over $400.
